From Suicidal To Climbing Fame...

Jyothi Raj is now one of the most recognised faces in the rock climbing world. But before his climbing career life provided a different challenge.

A challenge that drove him to suicide and through a twist of fate led him to the notoriety and fame that he enjoys today.

Armed with just chalk powder, a strong grip and unwavering confidence Jyothi free solo climbs some of the most intimidating natural and man-made structures.

This short documentary on the man known as "Kothi Raju" or "The Monkey King" gives us insight into the beginnings of his career, his motivations and his 'pay it forward' endeavours.

Bungee Jumping's For Wimps...

The fellas of the Pentecost keep it real! They jump off 100ft plus rickety wooded towers the traditional way!

Forget elastic bungee cord that's had its tensile strength vigorously tested to well within safe zones it's all about strapping your feet to vines.

Called nagol, or land diving the ritual has been practiced by the Pentecost people for centuries.

Nat Geo caught up with the daredevils of the South Pacific and strapped a camera to one of the dudes:

How To Jump A Speeding Lamborghini...

In this video a cool, calm and collected looking Swedish man called Al The Jumper lets us in on his training regime for...jumping speeding cars.

The short video shows him leaping effortlessly over a Lamborghini Gallardo travelling at 80mph.

Critical, the Swedish YouTubers that posted the video wrote: "Y'all seen Kobe Bryant do it over the Aston Martin, but that was fake - this is the real deal, no bullshit."

Who's Got That Friday Dancing Feeling?

It's friday! Work's done for the week and we feel like hitting that dancefloor in Ahlamalik LeDrue Williams style!

The 17 year old, also known as Skitzo, is set to be an internet sensation with all that popping and contorting business that he does. What he's missing though is the 'running man.'

Back in the '90s we won trophies for our 'running man,' so if you're reading this Master Williams we'd be happy to teach you.

90 Year Old Pole Vaulter...

We wanna be just like Dr. William Bell when we grow up. The 90 year old must not have got the 'you're far too old to be running and jumping' memo.

He trains three times a week in a training facility owned by his son Earl Bell, the 1984 bronze Olympic medallist at pole vault.

Not to be over shadowed by his son's success the good Doc has become an accomplished pole vaulter in his own right and holds the world record for his age group.

We hail thee Dr. Bell!

Go Team GB...

So Team GB are currently third in the medal table behind super powers China and America. Get in (British phrase used when a significant accomplishment has been achieved)!!!

Surpassing the Beijing haul the British athletes will no doubt be inspiring a generation of young people to don spikes.

Or the youth may choose instead to follow in the...proprioception of the 'alternative Team GB,' Storm Freerun.

Exorcist Style...

[Screenshot: 19 Entertainment]

Hampton Williams' explanation of his "exorcist style" leaves the judges on America's "So You Think You Can Dance" nodding in that patronising "not-another-f%$king-nutter-way."

Then the music starts and...OMG. By the end of it everyone is on their feet applauding, tears are flying and young Hampton Williams is labelled a "genius."

Prepare yourself for some very unique and unexpected poetry in motion:
