Wheelbarrow Walking...



A classic bodyweight exercise that works the chest, shoulders, triceps and abs.

1. Get into an elevated press up position with your feet/ankles in your partners hands.

2. Walk forward with your hands whilst your partner follows.

Tip - Bracing your core so that you minimise your body's rocking from side to side will work your abs more.
