The bar you use for this must enable you to fully extend your arm and get a full stretch in your back. Throughout the move the only part of your body in contact with the floor is your feet.


1. Brace your arm, core and back and explosively pull up so that your chest touches the bar.

2. Hold for a split second and then fight gravity whilst lowering yourself slowly down. Pause briefly, feeling the stretch in your arms and back before pulling up again.
