Kettlebell Stretches...

Kossacks build flexibility and strength in the inner thighs, hamstrings and hips.

Kossack stretches are performed usually with kettlebells as expertly demonstrated below but they can be done with a dumbell (held goblet style) or kettlebag as in the picture above or without any weight at all.
