My chiselled good looking friend is Fred, a half Polish, half Burmese, Storm model, breakdancer and up and coming actor whose mug has been shot for the likes of FHM, GQ and now the highlight of his career fizzYcaL FITNESS.
Last weekend my filmatic flat mate Steve and I hooked up with Fred at Primrose Hill, London for a photo shoot. Every couple of weeks I'll throw up some pics of our exercise/modelling session to excite these very fizzYcaL pages.
I must warn though, on the day of our shoot I was transported to the early 90s and heard on several occasions the voice of my Mother saying mantra like, "stop crying dear, you are handsome, stop crying dear, you are handsome!!!"
So unfortunately ladies my less than chiselled face will continue to appear on this very blog.
