To add to the cautionary note on Wall Walking, traceur Germain Robinson, replied to a message I sent on youtube with this:
"As long as your core strength is sufficient their should be no problem. However if your core strength is not developed it could put serious stress on your spine."
So if you are keen on giving wall walking a try then make sure you pay special attention to your core and do some planks and hanging leg raises etc.
For those with enough core strength here is a progression tip:
Do the wall walk but stop between half way and the first quarter of the way down (what ever is more comfortable) and hold for a few seconds. Also do the regular bridges and hold again for a few seconds. If you can hold a wall walk in the half way position for 30 seconds and a bridge for 60 seconds that is good going and at this point you're probably strong enough to try a full wall walk.
