Quirkees (Chest, Triceps, Biceps, Abs, Back & Legs)

Find me drunk enough in a club and I'll be sprawled all over the dance floor doing this but unsuccessfully and with shawshank determination trying to propel myself on to my feet.

Thanks goes to Kung Fu Master Speede & Tan who gave a young "Grasshopper" eager to learn this pearl of advice when doing the flick up part of the quirkees "You got to get your feet under your buttocks."

Crazily enough the young "Grasshopper" did it first time.

Tips

1. Imagine yourself doing the move first.

2. Watch the vid as many times as you need to to understand the hop through and flick up.

3. The hop through requires you to quickly push-up whilst pulling your legs through. You have to go full pelt.

4. You need to get your body high onto your shoulder blades before you try getting "your feet under your buttocks."

5. On the flick part of the quirkees you may need to rock back and forth from your back onto your shoulder blades to give you extra momentum.

*NB* Please consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme.
