Congrats to our Bro Achoi 'Sai' Ngo of Recession Proof Body for smashing the previous record of 11 out of the liquid black gold with 28 clean dips. 

There's no doubt he could've got more reps with a more sensible dip belt arrangement.

But Guinness like to keep things 'interesting' or in this case awkward! What's next max 100lb handbag dips in a minute? Sai, you up for it?
