Originally hailing from southern China ‘The Lychees’ now have peeps in other parts of Asia and the Caribbean. That’s just gangster!
Underneath the easy to remove shell is a fruit wrapped around a hard brown stone in the centre.
The texture of the fruit is very similar to grapes but with a really distinct and very addictive sweet taste.
The price you pay? Sticky fingers, but it’s so worth it!
