Adding On Game...


Neill Timms of Incite Fitness credits Jay Anthony of the Bar-barians, who in turn credits the New York crew with the 'Adding On Game.'

The rules are: (1) complete the current set, (2) add on a new move, (3) call out the next person.

The game players to date are:

2. Dan Williams - Pull Up
3. Dan Wood - Pull Over
4. Benjamin Wachenje - Bar Dip
5. Fi Silk - Toes To Bar
6. Jasmine Moksim - Wrist To Elbow Around The World Pull Ups
7. Frankie Holah - L-Sit Close Grip Chins
8. Ify Osi - Inch Worm Push-Ups

Neill asks that game players keep it at a fairly standard level as the goal is to create an endurance set.
