The Way Of The Bar-barian...

CrossFit Central London, located in Southwark, in the shadow of the Shard played host last weekend to the Bar-barians June UK Workshop.

We popped down on the Sunday for day two and took a few snaps of Rick Seedman, Mark Leitz, Jay Anthony, Lee Wade Turner, Sai Ngo and Miguel Ulloa teaching the way of the Bar-barian.
