Chaka Clarke is the founder of health & fitness collective ‘SpartanFam.’
He is young, charismatic and humbly self-assured. And these traits plus his wealth of knowledge make him one of London’s most popular personal trainers.
He’s attracted a throng of loyal clients who can best be described as fam(ily). Not only do they take part in his classes but they’re active supporters of his cause.
His cause? To instil the same passion and to experience the same benefits that he enjoys from exercise.
The former soldier has had his fair share of struggles and tragedy which may explain the air of maturity far beyond his 25 years. But despite this his fitness classes are tailored in such a way that they’re fun as well as engaging and challenging.
Of all the bootcamp type classes that we’ve attended SpartanFam has a vibe that we can’t quite put our finger on. Other group fitness sessions we’ve encountered employ similar exercises, with similarly charismatic personal trainers but Chaka’s lessons seem to have an edge.
Perhaps that’s why he has city execs, models and celebrities as well as ordinary folk vying for his expertise. Such is Chaka and the SpartanFam’s positive impact that mainstream media has taken note.
Surprisingly his sessions are reasonably priced so we advise that if you’re based in London or passing through you checkout his classes now, whilst his schedule allows.
