On the 21st January 2008 we put finger to keyboard and added the very first post on our former home, fizzYcaL FITNESS.
Today marks year five of our labour of love. It also marks a time to finally turn this baby into something more.
It may seem that fizzYcaL's blogger-in-chief is just enjoying working out in Rio's beautiful beaches, but it's all part of a new and exciting transition.
