- Boil brown rice.
- Add curly kale to boiling water then simmer until soft but not too soft. Drain.
- Fry in coconut oil some chopped red onions, chopped ginger, chopped salmon, and jerk seasoning until lightly browned.
- Add boiled rice to frying pan until thoroughly mixed followed by chopped curly kale.
