1. MODIFIED KOSSACKS
Alternative - Deep bodyweight squat.
2. PULL UPS
Alternatives - Chin ups or inverted rows.
3. DIPS
Alternatives - Push ups or elevated push ups.
4. WINDSCREEN WIPERS
Alternatives - Lying straight leg windscreen wipers (feet close to the floor) or hanging side leg raises (bending knees).
5. PUSH UPS
Alternatives - Kneeling push ups or incline push ups.
