Music To Get You fizzYcaL...

What you know about 60's Cambodian psychedelic funk music? Probably as little as we did until we got schooled on the Khmer Rouge.

Their project of social engineering in Cambodia during the late 60's and throughout the 70's led to the massacre of millions which included artists and musicians.

Music and art were deemed subversive and a lot of great works were destroyed. Thankfully Cambodia's swinging 60's soundtrack was saved in part and we're able to enjoy the likes of Ros Sereysothea in all her groovy glory.

'Chnam oun Dop-Pram' or 'I'm 16' is her ode to teenage love and deserves some Austin Powers style rug-cutting!
