Australian Sheila's Michelle S and Heather C took part in Step Change yesterday at London's Gherkin to raise money for The National Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Children (NSPCC).
The challenge course covered 38 floors and 1,037 steps which the ladies did in an awesome time of 8 minutes and 43 seconds!
