The weight loss success story, mother of two and stay at home wife, Mrs McNamara, has no idea the full force kick up the backside her status and transformation pics has given us. 2012 is definitely going to be a year when we stick like glue to our New Year's resolutions thanks to Mrs McNamara.
The familiar scenario for most women following childbirth is to give up. To resign themselves to never looking quite the same and laying their pre-pregnancy selves to rest. Shasta never read that script and chose thankfully to write her very own.
She's now got a body that women 10 years younger would kill for and come to think of it guys of any age would also turn murderous for. Unfortunately fellas, before you draw your duelling swords that is a M.R.S. before her name.
Lucky Mr McNamara's wife's transformation has ignited a passion for all things fitness and Shasta is currently pursuing a career as a fitness model. There is little doubt that with her sculpted physique and remarkable and inspirational journey she is gonna make waves. You gotta agree?! The passion's also spilled over and turned into a furious thirst for knowledge and a want to give back. Juggling the kids, the husband and the training with dedicated study she'll soon be adding nutritionist to her resume. As a living breathing advert for healthy living and with a greater understanding of the shifts she made to her diet a year ago, the odds are looking pretty favourable that Shasta's gonna be inundated with clients.
