Our pals Fitstream and the UK Bar-barians, Lee Wade Turner and Jay "KillingGravity" Anthony, have teamed up and laid down the gauntlet for 2012.
When most will be nursing the mother of hangovers on the 1st January 2012 the sensible, ardent athletes among us will up until the 12th February 2012 be posting videos on youtube with the title "Fitstream Dead-Hang Pull-Up Competition 2012."
As the title suggests you are invited to do the most dead-hang pull-ups without leaving the bar. The prizes are:
1st place: The Human Trainer and Fitstream T-shirt
2nd place: Fitstream Rings and Fitstream T-shirt
3rd place: A pair of Gripads and Fitstream T-shirt
For the female and under 16 categories along with Fitstream goodies winners will get our new fizzYcaL fiz hoodies with second place runners up getting one of our fizzYcaL t-shirts.
