"The Hunger Games" written by Suzanne Collins has had the big screen treatment and will be hitting a cinema near you in early 2012.
The potential blockbuster stars big names Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks and Lenny Kravitz. Collins who was lucky enough to adapt the novel into the film script just might be on her way to getting some "J.K. Rowling money!"
Judging by the trailer "The Hunger Games" looks to be a cross between The Running Man, Tron, Battle Royale* and...erm...Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.
