She's a remarkable and talented young woman who is set to make an impression on the fitness and boxing worlds.
She pulled no punches in telling GETfizzYcaL about her passion for exercise and love of the sweet science:
"I'm your normal girl next door, working two jobs, a single mum to a four year old and I live and breath boxing and the gym!!
I started training in the gym a year ago after not having done any form of exercise in nearly 10 years.
Trying to challenge myself, I wanted to take up a completely new sport, something I'd always wanted to do, so I decided to learn to box and took up training at hooks gym, home to the renowned London Shootfighters.
I completely fell in love with it and now use any and all my spare time in the gym boxing and training.
My training regime consists of boxing, sparring, cardio, conditioning, and weights five times a week and with great coaches behind me inspiring and motivating me to do well, my goal is to put everything I have learnt together and have an amateur fight, one which will be an amazing experience and achievement for me.
Juggling working, my daughter and training is very challenging but my love of training and desire to be the best I can be make all the difficulties worth while.
Thanks to boxing and the gym my body has completely changed and has now given me the opportunity to work towards fulfilling my ambitions of becoming a fitness model.
I took part in my first competition and won first place in the Bikini category for Fitness Britain England Regionals in April 2011.
I hope to continue taking part in fitness competitions gaining experience and exposure and hopefully break into the fitness industry while inspiring other women to find a passion, believe in themselves, work hard and know that they can be and do what ever they set their minds to."
