Your first impression of this pretty girl next door is that she looks like someone that needs protecting. Then...POW!!!!
Effortlessly she throws a scorpion kick, her signature move! One of her legs is raised strong and straight over her head whilst she stands rigid, firm and unwavering on the other. We feel inadequate...WE feel in need of protection.
At 27 years old, Chloe is a veteran. She took up the Korean martial art at seven, at nine she started competing, she was awarded a black belt at 11 and shortly after joined Great Britain's Junior team. An accomplished Tang Soo Do practioner at 16 with three world titles under her belt Chloe moved away from competition choosing to focus more on performance. At 17 her work ethic and dedication saw her honoured into the COMBAT Hall of Fame.
A decade on and she's worked with some of the biggest brands (like Adidas), top celebrities (like Beyonce), and on movie blockbusters (like Harry Potter). She's broken records, most notably her own Guinness World record for the most kicks per minute achieving a blistering 212!
Enviably Chloe makes a living from her passion and has used it to fund her dream of opening a successful martial arts school in her home county of Essex, England.
Even with all her achievements and accolades Ms Bruce shows no signs of slowing down and we look forward to seeing what 2011 holds for her and what new feats she has up her Dobok sleeve!
