Sprinters Block (Glute/Hamstring/Quad Exercise)
Sprinters Blocks test your balance, challenge your lower body stabilizer muscles and fry your glutes into shape.
On your marks, Get set, Go...
1. Lower yourself into imaginery Sprinters Blocks but stretch your left trail leg straight back.
2. Raise your right leg back and up in the air and squeeze your glutes whilst keeping your core tight.
3. Bring your right leg back so your thigh touches your stomach.
4. Push off your right leg at a pace that comfortably tests your balance at the same time raising your left leg. Lift your left knee as high as you can and squeeze your glutes again.
5. Reverse the move lowering yourself slowly, again testing your balance.
